Back to blog, recently god speaks to me a lot through my lives. I learn something as I mingle around with different people. I remember last week god keeps speaking to me through people around me that he is protecting over me and is with me every time. It makes me convicted that god is with me in this race.
For instance, I never knew that god can protect me even though I am a non-believer until people told me about this area.
Another time god speaks is when I shared my new believer period, god protects me from backsliding. Even this small area, god also will protect me from going to the wrong way. I never think of it before.
This makes me learn that, often times we always think of one thing till is very complicated but actually is just very simple. A child like faith to believe and stay by god’s side.
For example, God gives this child a sweet to eat; they will just take it and eat it without any doubt.
But for most of us, we will often doubt 1st before we eat it.
We will have a lot of clarification, question, answer of why, what if, how come?
How come you ask me to eat this sweet? How come you ask me to go through this situation?
Why you want to put me in this situation? Why you suddenly give me this sweet?
I truly agree that as we grow older, we will have a lot of knowledge and doctrine at the back of our mind until we became more complicated and confused at times. Thus, as we grow older, we need to have the heart like a child, a pure heart when we serve and worship towards god. Look back to the word as it is the answer to everything and is the core answer.
I want a pure and a new heart from god once again to experience more from him. Recently, Jen’s DMM also speak to us about a new heart. I believe a new heart will help us last in the walk with God. A constant refreshment and renewal is important in his kingdom!
I truly believe there is a lot of distraction in the world that will cause us to misfocus and sidetrack. For example, the top killers thingy are relationship issues, money, interest and temptation.
I experienced it before in my lives and this experience is hard to overcome it if you want to focus back to god. But most importantly, perseverance and motivation to overcome is important. Pray until something happen.
I really believe is hard to endure and persevere if we cannot see who we are serving sometimes, but this is real faith. Faith – Believe in what is unseen and not what is seen. Everyone will go through the testing of faith, so always remember we are not running alone.. :D
