back to blog~~~~ hahahaha...
It is very great week to start myself with exercise~~ lol.. i have been swimming with shepherd and sheepie after work on mon and tues.. it was so relaxing to swim at aquarius~~ very shiok man~~~ out of your busy schedule to enjoy the night with swimming and spending time with people.. :D :D
care group have become bigger and bigger.. CLa has raised up.. more people to be taken care of..
"if you have been faithful in little, god will give you much more"... this shows that god entrust me with much to what i can bear...
Truefully speaking.. it is very stress to led 18 people with my own strength, my own leadership skills..
it is very important for the group to have very strong Core Team to really support the group and CLs to help me.. my CTs and CLs!! --heb13:7-- jiayou!! we shall led bizart 3 to become the strong woman of god for him!!
bizart 3a --building people that love god and love people!!
bizart 3b -- be a contagious christian and a brave woman of god!!
jiayou!! we can do it not by our strength but by god strength~~ :D :D

wohoo~~~ this week is the last week for my SIP!!! YEAH!!! so shiok~~ i have 2 months holiday plus major project in the holiday~~ :( so no life!!! haven end sip, major project came in le.. i wan BREAK!!!!
hiak hiak~~ HK LC!! i wan2 go disneyland~~ nu ren jie ~~ shopping ~~ EAT!! ~~ take photos there too!! wahahahahaha... i want to know other leaders in other churches too!! my 1st time for LC.. shall learn alot from other leaders and hear stories from their country esp cambodian.. :D :D

Saturday and sunday (today).. go for the CLC 2.. woo~~ learn alot from the leaders..
esp the part for cg dynamic... the 5 different stage.. Disciple . Outreach . Care (D.O.C) .. do the SWOT analysis in the Cg..
it is just like what i learnt in priniciple of business management... really plan the structure well.. cg is just like an organisation.. planning and really hit the sales target.. either gain the profit or the loss for the company..
but one thingy is different is the hierarchy of the group.. just like what pastor jasmine has said during the sermon in SS.. we are servant serving at the top level.. wheareas for business side.. is really top mgt being served by others..
well.. very business side.. but anyway.. i learnt to really distinguish the stages of the group that both of my cg are in.. to really work towards it.. As a leader.. we not just plan, do and care for the people.. we need to led with wisdom and also with god~~ only god's way of leading will led us to the godly path that what god wants to see in the CG.. not by our ways..
As a leader in conclusion.. we need to led it with wisdom.. having a really close relationship with god.. really follow the D.O.C...
If we are facing any discouragement in our life.. we should write it down in a paper..
firstly.. Why am I feeling discouraged? keep asking urself why.. until u get the root issue why you are facing this way...
This is what jasmine has told all of us during CLC2..
leader will face alot of discouragement from the members..
eg.."suaning"..talking bad things about u..sheep biting u till very jialat..ppl do not want to follow u and u are leading all alone with god, no CT supporting u..
But do not let discouragement overtakes/affect us.. But we look up to God and every of the leaders need to learn to overcome this area.. we are called to be a servant of God..
BE A MEEK CHRistian!! just like JEsus and Moses.. :D
recently.. keep hearing this word..gift of "Gape".. how i wish i have this kind of spiritual gift.. :)
God keep emphasis to me about GIVING this few days when i was doing my QT and also ppl around me keep saying this..lol..

I really need a Sabbath day man~~ my whole week is filled with work and meeting ppl.. God.. if it shall be done.. i really want my sunday to be given to u~~ how i wish i can sit under the coconut trees with u! :P
hohoho..i really thank god for blessing my family with Joy~~ so funny my parents... lol..
my mum was the funniest.. hahaha.. got 1 time i just came back home and i smell "ah bu nei" indian smell.. lol.. den just nice i saw my mum turn to the Indian channel...she dont even realise lor!! den i ask my mum.. y u watch ah bu nei channel.. HAHAHAHAHA.. she laughed till very loudly.. lol..
Really nice to have a light atmosphere when u just came back home and brings joy to the family.. :) i really spend little times with them.. but a smile and a joke really make a lovely relationship..
when i called my mum that i will be staying out at my sheepie house on fri and came back only on sat night.. she said.. " siao zha bo.. ni zhao lou ar??" meaning crazy ger..you running away from home in hokkien.. hahahaha.. so funny.. both of us laugh at the end of the phone.. my mum so lame lor!! hahaha...
if i run away from home.. i wont call u ma.. hahahaha..
